This six (6) week class covers all of the Rally novice exercises. Rally obedience challenges you and your dog on flowing courses of obedience style exercises that build great attention, good timing, and versatility. Whether you want to train for competition-level or fun-level this class will give you and your dog a good foundation. It emphasizes heeling with attention, which is an enjoyable form of exercise for both of you. Rally is an obedience based sport and is not agility training.
For dogs over 6 months of age. Dogs and handlers will be in motion much of the time and dogs may also need to be briefly tied or crated while you do course the walk-through.
The American Kennel Club now welcomes mixed breed dogs in all performance competitions.
